Outside of work, Dave has proudly represented New Zealand in indoor cricket, earning over 30 test caps. The teamwork, discipline, and focus that shaped his sporting career now drive the way he leads his team and supports his clients.

With an MBA and a designer’s eye, she blends strategy with creativity — and lives on the Kāpiti Coast with her husband and two young kids, so she knows the value of creating a home that’s both beautiful and practical.
